We have the 5-line medic-ident that features up to 5 lines of personalized information
extending to 19 spaces across.
We
also have the 3-line medic-ident w/medi-card for people
who have more
complicated medical problems and require more information than
the 5-line medical tags can provide.
The first line of
the medical tag is personalized such as I AM DIABETIC
(14 spaces only) and the next two lines of information state SEE
MEDI-CARD ON MY
PERSON which refers to an Emergency Medical Identification
Card provided by us in
a durable plastic container for purse or wallet. The "Medi-Card"
allows you to list in
greater detail unique medical problems such as special medicines, when
you were
immunized, your personal physician or whatever information you desire.
